Clashes as Chilean students stage protests

A rally calling for free education in the Chilean capital has turned violent. Police used tear gas against protesters in Santiago after they threw rocks at security forces. This is the second year students have been demanding reform to the education system. But as Al Jazeera's Mereana Hond reports, very few have seen any real change.
