Shen Yun Performing Arts Finale in Changhua

Shen Yun Performing Arts wrapped up its 2013 tour of Taiwan on April 2nd at Changhua's Yuanlin Performance Hall. As the curtain fell for the last time, long applause from an appreciative audience brought the tour to a perfect conclusion.

Shen Yun Performing Arts wrapped up its 2013 tour of Taiwan on April 2nd at Changhua's Yuanlin Performance Hall. As the curtain fell for the last time, long applause from an appreciative audience brought the tour to a perfect conclusion.
[Li Cheng-chi, Huatan Township Chief, Changhua County]:
"Every program in the show is brilliant. I think it's the highest presentation of art."
Huatan's Township Chief felt fortunate to see Shen Yun.
[Li Cheng-chi, Huatan Township Chief, Changhua County]:
"It's rare to see such high-level artistic performance in Changhua. I think the people of Changhua today are so fortunate to enjoy Shen Yun's show."
He also mentioned his hope for the future.
[Li Cheng-chi, Huatan Township Chief, Changhua County]:
"The show represents the stories of so many ethnic groups in China, but cannot perform in China. It's a great pity. I hope someday the show can be on in China."
Yuanlin Township's Mayor enjoyed seeing familiar stories presented through dance.
[Chang Chin-chun, Mayor of Yuanlin Township, Changhua County]:
"Everybody is so familiar with the stories, such as 'Taking in Monk Sha by Wisdom'. But Shen Yun presents them differently through dances and drama, which also demonstrates the strength and beauty of dancing."
[Chang Chin-chun, Mayor of Yuanlin Township, Changhua County]:
"The performance—the dance incorporating modern technology and classical Chinese dance, matches the theme which helps us to understand the content of the paradigm."
Shen Yun Performing Arts continues its Asia tour in South Korea.
