Insulted by Pakistan, ignored by India

For over two months, Chamel Singh's family have been agonizing over the real cause of his death while Pakistan is in denial about the brutal assault by Pakistani jail officials. Chamel Singh's family is equally upset with the indifference of the J&K government; they allege that neither Chief Minister Omar Abdullah nor anybody his office has made any effort to get in touch with them.
