Ram Singh, 33, the alleged mastermind behind a Dec. 16 gang-rape and beating death of a 23-year-old woman on a bus in New Dehli, India, was found dead in his jail cell early Monday morning. Authorities say Singh hung himself using his own clothes, but his family don’t believe he took his own life.
