Mayhem. Like being smack bang in the middle of two rival biker gangs at each others throats. Four renegades emerge from the dust of a thousand hipsters, the result of too many years of bubblegum music masquerading as rock. Cable Stealing Gypsies are taking rock n roll back.
A thump and a crash emerges from the back of the stage, like some poor bastard being smacked in the chest through a seven foot widow in a bar fight -- the blow is struck by alex benigno on drums. Chris Mckenzie tears through the debris like a fucking chainsaw on bass with force that makes the ears of the deaf throb. On the opposite end of the stage, theres a man with bleeding fingers and a crazed look on his face that looks like he's burning from the inside and his body's trying to extinguish the flames. Its Warwick Rautenbach, on rhythm guitar. And then there's you, stood there in front row with the "what the fuck just happened" look on your melted face.
We are Cable Stealing Gypsies, and we're taking rock n fuckin roll back.
