Bieber cancels concert, Rolling Stones plan U.S. tour

Justin Bieber has hit another bump in the road of his European tour. The singer has canceled the second of two shows in Portugal due to "unforeseen circumstances." He will still have his scheduled first show on Monday (March 10), but axed Tuesday's show (March 12). The announcement was made by the promoter and not Bieber, leading many to believe that it was canceled due to low ticket sales.

In other music news, the Rolling Stones are hitting the road for a North American tour, according to multiple sources. The tour is reportedly set to kick-off on May 2, hitting 18 west coast cities in the U.S., with east coast stops to be added later.
