140-Second Interviews for Pizza Hut's Social Media Manager Job

140-second interviews are being conducted for Pizza Hut's social media manager.

Twitter is a key social media tool for major brands. Its 140-character requirement means brands have to communicate their message very succinctly.

In that spirit, Pizza Hut is planning to hold 140 second interviews with candidates for their Social Media Manager position.

The interviews will be held at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas.

People who hope to be candidates for the job are required to bring only their smartphones and an ID to the interview.

The Director of Public Relations for Pizza Hut said: “We think our open position is one of the best jobs available for people who work in this space. Few industries are as fast-paced as QSR and few brands have as active of a social media presence as Pizza Hut.”

Although the fast paced interview process is unusual, at least the candidates know what to expect before they show up for the interview.

Heineken released an online video of their bizarre interview tactics that included seeing what the applicant would do when the person interviewing them pretended to pass out.

What’s the weirdest experience you’ve had while interviewing for a job?
