Oslo, Norway, Friday 8th of March 2013. Last Training Day Session for the The Arctic Challenge 2013 went down today in the Winter Park Oslo. A perfectly shaped Halfpipe prepared the international snowboard world for the big day tomorrow.
On Saturday, 9th of March, the Contest kicks off with the Semi Finals starting at 1pm CET followed by the Handplant Jam Session from 4.30 to 5pm and the last 6Star Halfpipe Finals of the World Snowboard Tour Season 2012/13 from 5 to 6.30pm.
The battle is on, not only for the dragon share of the 100.000 US Dollar prize purse but also for who of the two claimants for the Overall World Snowboard Tour Champion Title, - last year Overall Champ Stale Sandbech or three times World Tour Champ Peetu Piiroinen, - will finally take home the honors for this season.
