Narayana Murthy on Thursday (February 28) said that Finance Minister P Chidambaram has made life better for the poor and the downtrodden by allocating increased amounts to education, scholarships, food security, healthcare, housing. Narayana Murthy also said that he did not see any clear, definitive or positive statement made by the Finance Minister in attracting more Foreign Direct Investment in making it easier for both the Indian cooperative Sector and the foreign cooperative sector to do business more easily in India.
