Lift off for Indo-French satellite 'Saral'

Officials from Indian's national space agency hailed the successful launch of 'Saral' this Monday, along with six other micro-satellites which were on board.
Built in collaboration with the French, Saral is on a mission to study the world's oceans. The launch marks the 23rd mission for India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle.
