Josh Lewsey claims Ireland prop Cian Healy should face retrospective punishment for his stamp on Dan Cole during the Six Nations loss to England.
The Leinster front-rower appeared to lose control in the first-half of the Red Rose’s 12-6 win, and was seen in video replays to have used his boot excessively on the Leicester man.
And 2003 Rugby World Cup winner Lewsey believes the authorities must cite the 25-year-old.
