South American football expert Rupert Fryer claims Chelsea and Man City target Neymar can over take Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to become the best player in the world.
The Santos star looks set to stay in Brazil until after the 2014 World Cup with the two Premier League sides, along with La Liga powerhouses Barcelona and Real Madrid keen on his signature.
And Fryer, who has covered South American football for The Guardian and The Independent, believes the 21-year-old would be a huge hit in the English top division.
