Delhi gangrape: Juvenile Board declares accused as minor!

The sixth accused in the December 16 gangrape and murder case of a 23-year-old paramedical student in Delhi was today declared by the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) as a "minor", which would enable him to walk free by June 4 this year when he attains the age of 18 years.
