CCTV: Robber scared off by chair & stick in Chinese gold shop

A robbery suspect was caught soon after his attempt failed at a gold shop in Hui'an County of southeast China's Fujian Province. The shop owner rushed down from the attic upon seeing what was happening. He picked up a chair behind the counter and struck it onto the intruder from two meters away. Ms. Zeng, with a stick in hands, tried to fight the robber. Facing such an unexpected situation, the suspect was frightened and ran away from the shop. Just 300 to 400 meters away from the shop, the robbery suspect was stopped by another man who kicked him down and managed to overpower him, together with others.
