Jharkhand Guv submits reports to MHA

In his final report to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Jharkhand Governor Syed Ahmad has recommended that the State Assembly should be kept in suspended animation for the political process to be given more time. However, the dissolution of the Assembly was not recommended.
