Gotye: bad covers of hit song were 'very confronting'

Somebody That I Used To Know van Gotye was the biggest hit around the world in 2012 and a lot of people covered the song on YouTube. "There were times I felt it was so far out of my hands that my music and my stage name were badly represented by all these other people doing crap interpretations of my song", Gotye says.
