The 21-5 Oklahoma City Thunder will be the road team on Christmas Day as they face Lebron James and the Miami Heat in an NBA pro basketball game on Tuesday afternoon. Tip off time from Miami is scheduled for 5:30PM Eastern Time with national television coverage provided by ABC.

In the NBA Finals it was Miami losing game 1 105-94 and the Heat then proceeded to win the next four straight to win the title. Trend: Miami Heat is 4-0 ATS in their past four meetings with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Thunder is 7-3 on the road this season. They will enter this Christmas Day game with lots of rest after a 99-93 road defeat at the Minnesota Timberwolves as a -2 point favorite. The loss broke a 12 game win streak. It was a terrible spot for Oklahoma City as they played in Atlanta the night before and made the longest road trip allowed in a back to back situation going from Atlanta to Minnesota.

OKC is the number two scoring offense in basketball averaging 105 points a game and hitting on 48% from the floor. They work hard on defense ranking third in pro basketball by allowing 42.5% shooting to their opponents.

Miami has a 13-2 record on their home court. They have won four straight since dropping a home game to Golden St on December 12 by a bucket. The Heat after some poor defensive efforts to start the season has been dedicated to play defense again as they have allowed no opponent to 100 points in their past seven games. The Heat has been solid offensively playing on their home court with nearly 107 points a game and 51% shooting. They come off the 105-89 home win on Saturday to the Utah Jazz as a -7 ½ point betting favorite. Lebron James scored 30 points and pulled down 9 boards in the win.
