RDC has been nominated for 12 “Georgie’s” in the last 6 years, and have won 6 “Georgie’s”, including 2 in 2011 for Best New Home in BC up to 2000 sq. Ft (over $350,000), and Best New kitchen in BC – under $40,000. We have recently completed four, entry level, employee restricted homes in Whistler BC.
RDC Homes also was the first to complete a rammed earth home in the ‘Sea-to-sky’ corridor. All of our homes since 2006 have been registered as build green gold standard with a minimum Energard rating of 80.
