This is a time lapse point of view perspective of the Las Vegas Strip including Freemont
Street, Las Vegas Blvd, and Tropicana Ave all in Las Vegas Nevada.
This also took me awhile to edit since I had to blur some license plates frame by frame so they wern't readable. The blur I used was a Pixelate bure using Sony Vegas Pro 12 by creating 2 duplicate video tracks on the sections I had to blur and making the top video track the mask track then I used the anchor tool to crop the license plates wich basically makes that mask track the blurred track and only where I cropped using the anchor tool and leaves the rest of the video out. Hence why I needed a duplicate video track below to bring back the res of the cropped out video. If you guys want me to make a tutorial on how to blur someones face or an object in Sony Vegas Pro post a comment below.
