John Dehlin interviews Tom Phillips to discuss the ceremony of the Second Anointing that he received in England. Tom Phillips was a faithful member of the LDS Church until 2004 when his questions about the church started to go unanswered. Tom Phillips served twice as a Bishop and once as a Stake President.
