Public outrage has been mounting in Australia at a radio station's prank call to the London hospital treating the Duchess of Cambridge. The nurse, who took the call has since been found dead by police. Two major Australian companies are withdrawing advertising from the station, and the country's media watchdog is also investigating the issue. Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas reports from Sydney.
