This tutorial video shows you how to make a color splash effect in photoshop CS6. there are many ways to do it. but this one is very easy and simple.this tutorial will work for previous versions of Adobe Photoshop too.

STEPS-
1- Open picture in adobe photoshop.
2- Create Duplicate layer.
3- Goto IMAGE-ADJUSTMENTS-BLACK AND WHITE.
4- Now select ERASER TOOL.
5- Use this ERASER TOOL to make color splash effect.
