Chris Hughton says he is happy with the effort and application of his Norwich team after their 1-1 draw with Everton at Goodison Park.
He said: “I think there has to be confidence in a team that is winning games and picking up points. We’ve got a hard-working team and we’ve got a lot of quality in the team. We know we have to work and pout in a real shift at our level.
