Former QPR manager and player Iain Dowie believes managers need to shoulder the blame for their team’s under-par performances.
The former coach also told Weekend Sports Breakfastit should be the players that receive praise when they turn around their poor run and finally record that all-important win.
“I do believe in these situations that managers have to take the blame and that if they do win, it’s all about the players, I think that’s very important", he said.
