A New York City police officer has been arrested in a plot to kidnap and cook women.

A New York City police officer was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for an alleged plot to kidnap women and then eat them.

The officer named Gilberto Valle is a six year veteran of the department and worked in Manhattan’s 26th precinct. According to the official criminal complaint, Valle had sent e-mails “discussing plans to kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat body parts”.

Although no women were harmed in the alleged conspiracy, the 28-year-old officer kept documentation on his home computer detailing more than 100 females with photos and addresses. He was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

Earlier this year, an officer was accused of raping a woman while on duty, in the back of his police car.

After a small accident, the cop arrested the woman for reckless driving and then, he reportedly brandished his gun and sexually assaulted her.

He was arrested after his DNA was found on the victim and in the vehicle.
