Russia emerges from 'Burning Hell', most of fires put out

Firefighters have succeeded in extinguishing almost all of the blazes in the Moscow region, one of the areas worst hit by the fatal flames this summer. The damage caused to Russia's budget by the record-breaking heatwave is approaching four hundred million dollars.
