Mexico arrests man behind migrants massacre

Mexican authorities say they have captured the man behind the killing of 72 migrants in northern Tamaulipas state. Salvador Martinez was paraded in front of the media on Monday. Al Jazeera's Adam Raney reports from Mexico City.
