SUMMARY:
The iPhone 5 makes the best phone in the market even better. Although many will focus on the new size (18% thinner, 20% lighter), and longer dimension (which all are amazing), the true marvel of the phone is its speed. Not only is the A6 chip twice as fast as the previous iPhone 4S's A5 chip, In our testing on AT&T's LTE network, speeds were often faster than wi-fi! iOS 6 is a good enhancement in the next series of iOS, other than maps which we found often inaccurate over the past few months of testing. The new 3D, turn by turn, and other features are great, but in the end all you want from maps are accuracy, and Apple has failed. I often got lost in Europe during the Olympics this summer due to wrong information, and even in Los Angeles last week it took me to the wrong place downtown. Other than that, we give the iPhone 5 on AT&T as tested our highest recommendation.
