A French court has banned a gossip magazine from further publishing topless photos of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge. The injunction orders France's Closer magazine to turn the pictures over to the court and also prevents them from selling the pictures to other media. The news was probably welcomed by the royal couple - who continued their tour of southeast Asia on Tuesday (September 18) with a stop in Tuvalu. The judgment however, doesn't affect other international publications - like those in Ireland and Italy - who have already published the images.

Shakira will replace Christina Aguilera as a judge/mentor on the next season of "The Voice." Joining her will be Usher, who is filling in for Cee Lo Green. The new singers will join the past three season's previous judges - Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

Lady Gaga has announced her North American tour line-up. The singer will play two dozen cities on the next leg of her "Born This Way Ball" tour. Her concert series will launch in Vancouver in January and then move on to major cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences has made some changes for the 2013 Oscars. The organization will announce nominees on January 10 - five days earlier than previously expected. Also, Academy members will now be able to vote for nominees electronically - instead of mailed ballots. The Oscars will be handed out on February 24.

Finally, Jennifer Aniston has released a new viral video for her corporate sponsor, SmartWater. The video is supposed to show the real life of the actress via security cameras - poking fun of the tabloid rumors that have plagued her for years. In one scene, Aniston takes off a stomach wrap to reveal she is pregnant - in another scene, she removes her trademark hair, revealing that it's actually a wig.
