Insurgents blame anti-Islam film for Kabul suicide bombing

The insurgent group Hezb-e-Islami has claimed responsibility for a suicide bomb attack on a minibus in the Afghan capital Kabul.
12 people, mostly foreigners, were killed in the blast which was said to be in retaliation for an American film mocking the Prophet Mohammed.
