Al-Qaeda leader al-Zawahiri confirms militant death

Al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri speaks in a new video, confirming the death of a veteran militant commander.
It's the first time al-Qaeda has acknowledged the death of Abu Yahya al-Libi - who the U.S. said in June was killed in a drone strike in Pakistan.
Shown here in footage from 2008, Libi was one of the group's most senior figures.
His death is the biggest in a series of blows to al-Qaeda since Osama bin Laden was killed last year.
In the lengthy minute video, Zawahiri called on Muslims to take revenge.
Filmed during the holy month of Ramadan, the footage was released to coincide with the anniversary of the September 11 attacks.
