Man Fights With Girlfriend Before and After Anger Management Class - as part of the news series by GeoBeats.

Anger management classes are supposed to tame hot headed students, at least for a little while.

However, the class didn’t seem to help one man in Pennsylvania, who was arrested for assault and harassment. 37-year-old Robert Green was ordered by the court to attend an anger management course stemming from an incident in April involving his 21-year-old girlfriend. The girlfriend claims Green’s anger has been getting worse since starting the anger management course. On the day of Green’s scheduled class, his spouse called police twice. Allegedly Green had been verbally abusive in the morning before class and returned later in the evening to become physically abusive. He reportedly smashed his girlfriend’s hand through a window, then picked her up by the neck and threw her on the couch.

There’s no shortage of reports concerning individuals with short tempers. Early this summer, a Massachusetts man was arrested for allegedly hitting his girlfriend in the face following an argument over a text message. His weapon of choice was a pair of jeans that were covered in wasabi sauce. Then in Florida, a 20-year-old man threatened his girlfriend with a semiautomatic .22 caliber pistol, punched her and choked her after she broke his bong.
