2 youths blinded in Bihar by goons

It's free for all in Bihar. Two youths were blinded by goons in two separate attacks, just for raising their voice against injustice. A 15 year old was shot in the eye when she tried to save her father from being attacked. In the other case, Raju Rai lost his left eye after being attacked with an iron spear as he dared to ask goons to pay for the goods they lifted from his shop.
