Cyprus cabinet resigns after munitions explosion

The entire Cypriot cabinet has resigned over a munitions blast that destroyed the island's largest power plant and killed 13 people.

But President Demetris Christofias says he won't be stepping down as he is answerable only to the people and not to the media.
