American gastronomy may never be the same again as Chicago Celebrity chef hangs up his apron. Charlie Trotter had often been regarded as the nation's best chef but his namesake restaurant is to close after 25 years. The award winning Master chef has delighted diners and the world-class dining haven and often credited with reviving and inspiring Chicagos' culinary scene. But being a Master chef has begun to wear thin for the culinary genius as Al Jazeera's John Hendren found out.
