Classic Game Room season 1 - 7/18/2000
Game Room does the much hyped Gekido for the Playstation, a game that would make a much better drink coaster than an actual game.
This direct rip-off of Streets of Rage for the Genesis and Double Dragon for the NES fails at every point. The choppy graphics, eternal load times, mindless button mashing and serious lack of T&A made us want to stomp on it and curse whoever made it. Gekido probably means "sh-tty game" in Japanese.
Game Room reviewed Atari, NES, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Dreamcast and Playstation... too bad they didn't get to Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 or Wii.
