This is the second in the series of Laura London challenges. The Angled Out Bicep Curls challenge involves completing as many continuous curls as possible with dumbbells weighing a minimum of 10% bodyweight each. Therefore, if you weigh 70kgs, each dumbbell should weigh 7kgs each, if you weigh 100kgs the dumbbells must be 10kgs each - and so on. The exercise must be performed with excellent form, as per the video below, and safety is paramount.

The challenge winner is the competitor who completes the most continuous curls without pausing more than 2 seconds. Posting video evidence of your score is a must.
