Activists in Bahrain say more detainees have gone on a hunger strike to protest over the on-going trials of anti-government protesters.
The Bahrain Centre for Human Rights says at least 20 doctors are now refusing to eat. They were among the hundreds of activists arrested in a government crackdown earlier this year.
