Annan urges Syria to respect ceasefire

International envoy, Kofi Annan, says the UN's 300 monitors must be deployed in Syria as soon as possible.
Annan says the continuing violence is "unacceptable".
He and other diplomats have urged the Assad government to respect a two week old ceasefire.
