Ivory Coast's Gbagbo faces ICC

Laurent Gbagbo, the former president of the Ivory Coast, has appeared before judges from the International Criminal Court in a pre-trial session.

Gbagbo will be charged by the ICC with crimes against humanity, including murder and rape, over violence after last year's November 28 polls.
