Victims of Norway massacre are remembered

Memorial services are taking place across Norway to commemorate one year since 77 people were killed and 242 other injured in two attacks carried out in Oslo and on the island of Utoeya.
Anders Brevik coordinated and carried out a car-bomb attack that killed nine people, while he shot 69 people dead at a youth camp.
