Niki’s BOOTY & CHEST Blast Workout
a) Do as many as possible in 3 minutes (aim for 4 rounds)
1. Booty Back Lunge (R & L) x 4 reps
2. Plank Knee Tucks x 4 reps
3. Kneeling Booty Curl (Rx4 & Lx4) x 8 reps

b) 4. Kneeling D/B Curl x 6 + Twisting D/B Curl x 6 (6kg 13.2lbs)
5. Kneeling Twisting D/B Shoulder Press x 12 (3kg 6.6lbs)
6. D/B Chest Flyes x 9 bottom x 9 top x 9 full (6kg 13.2lbs)

c) Do as many as possible in 3 minutes (aim for 4 rounds)
1. Booty Back Lunge (R & L) x 4 reps
2. Plank Knee Tucks x 4 reps
3. Kneeling Booty Curl (Rx4 & Lx4) x 8 reps
