STORY: Kate Bosworth and former Formula One racing driver David Coulthard were among the illustrious attendees attending the show HUGO by Hugo Boss at the Berlin Fashion Week on Thursday (July 5).

And there was no disappointment as HUGO lovers seemed to be quietly impressed with the designers' latest collection.

The models showcased outfits by designers Bart de Backer, in charge of menswear, and Eyan Allen, creator of the womenswear, which combined precise design with floaty material. The silhouettes were clear and reduced, modern styles were newly interpreted in order to create a minimalistic but at the same time luxurious look. Metallic surfaces were combined with fresh turquoise, shiny materials dominated the collections.

Initially introduced as a menswear line, HUGO was first launched in 1993 and complemented by a womenswear collection in 1998. The HUGO world was rounded out by shoes and accessories along with eyewear and fragrances that are produced under license.
