Headlines like 'Arrested Development movie not happening / Arrested Development movie back on' seem to come around with alarming regularity, but we've got video interviews with George Michael and George Bluth Sr. themselves with more details on the project, which seem (happily) in the latter category. It's (currently) official! The Arrested Development movie is a Go project.
Speaking from Comic-Con, it seems that it's simply a case of when, not if, for the film, with the schedule now depending on the time available to the chief writer, Mitchell Hurwitz.
