A man died after collapsing in an Arizona courtroom when a jury found him guilty of arson.

Michael Marin, 53, was found guilty of burning down his 3.5 million U.S. dollar mansion near Phoenix after the property failed to sell at a charity auction.

Video from inside the courtroom showed Marin covering his face and mouth with his hands after the guilty verdict was read. Shortly after, he turned red, began making loud noises and collapsed to the floor.

Marin was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Officials are investigating whether he put poison in his mouth.
