Fatal Accident Highway 15 by Moncton International Airport

A fatal accident around 3 am this morning on Highway 15 by the Moncton International Airport involving a tractor trailer & Pedestrian, has claimed the life of a 27 year old man . District 11 RCMP are still on scene at noon today , along with CN and D.O.T. Traffic has been re routed into the entrance of the Airport and then out of the exit of the airport by passing the accident as the east bound lane was blocked for at least 8 hours. Moncton Fire department were also at the scene and spraying water on the road at noon. CN is going to be at the accident scene most of the day and RCMP turned over the scene to them at noon, and 1 of the lanes is open.
