Male Assaulted- Bat- BLEEDING Arrest

Just before 7 PM many codiac RCMP responded to Braeburn Cres in Berrys Mills Subdivision for a fight inside the house involving a bat. A male was transported to hospital and at least 1 male was arrested and handcuffed and put in a patrol car. RCMP used evidence bags for a bat and other items and were taking pictures of the scene. Moncton Fire also responded and a few undercover vehicles. . A 37-year-old Moncton man was taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries. He was treated and released. Three men were arrested in connection with the incident.
32-year-old Stephen Joel French, of Moncton, has been charged with attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Two other men have been released from custody.
French appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on December 21 for a bail hearing, which was put over until December 23.
