Deadly Sudanese Kalazar outbreak

In Sudan, authorities are facing an outbreak of a disease spread by sandflies. Just one bite from the insect can kill, and aid agencies say they are struggling to stop the infection, known as Kalazar, from spreading.

Now, with an influx of people into the area ahead of a referendum, they are growing increasingly concerned about the outbreak of an epidemic.
