Carving Masters 2012 - Extreme Snowboarding (part 1)

Extreme Snowboard Carving on the 1.Mai Wochenende in Soelden, Austria. Lots of Frozen Backside carvers were there for a fantastic closing weekend 2012! I tried boards from Oxess and Goltes, but Plasma, Pogo, and others were also there. Cloudy conditions made software-stabilizing the video tougher than last time.
Made with Powerdirector 10, which had a lot of rendering glitches and took forever to produce this properly, even with an Intel i7 Ivy Bridge 3770K. There is a part 2 with further riders and a few other perspectives. A shock-absorbing version of the helmetcam is in the works for even smoother video. Note: don't accidentally shoot sports in 24p, it's a pain to fix that mistake after the fact.
The song "Mile High" is from my old band Electric Bacon, an original I wrote, and is copyrighted material by the band and myself.
