Pakistan orders investigation into deadly jet crash

Investigations are trying to determine what caused one of the worst plane accidents in Pakistan's history, after a passenger jet crashed into a hillside north of Islamabad, the capital, killing all 152 people onboard.

Reports suggest that airtraffic controllers told the pilot of the Air Blue plane to divert, due to bad weather.

Forestry and military officials combed through the wreckage amid heavy rains.

Yousuf Raza Gillani, Pakistan's prime minister, toured the damage on a helicopter and issued condolences to the families of victims.

Al Jazeera's Kamal Hyder reports from near the crash site.
